I contacted Capital City along with two others, seeing they were closest to where we live, and Capital City had better offers than the other two. After having Capital City take our fall family photos and getting them in email, I knew Capital City would be the photographer we stick with. Vince is very reasonable and accommodating. Vince will give you dates and times he believes is best for photos. He does a very good job. The photos come out beautiful. If there is inclement weather, he tries to work with it. But if a cancellation is necessary due to weather, he helps with that as well. I like Vince is local, willing to accommodate, and his quality is fantastic.
