Brenden and Selena’s wedding day in Grottoes, Virginia was the kind of celebration that feels easy to document because the love is so obvious. I have been lucky to photograph their story over the past year, from their first couples session to their proposal, and seeing it all come full circle on their wedding day was genuinely meaningful.
This was a private estate wedding in the Shenandoah Valley with a relaxed pace, a lot of real emotion, and the kind of moments that matter most.
This estate also had a subtle castle feel, with a Harry Potter inspired theme woven throughout the day. It was playful without being overdone, and it fit them perfectly. If you look closely in a the video below, you will even spot the Hagrid’s Hut in the background.
