Package Description
Ten hours for full coverage and a little breathing room. With two photographers, we can cover getting ready from both sides, capture the ceremony and reactions, and still leave time for portraits and candid moments throughout the day. The extra time also means more complete reception coverage, including entrances, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and plenty of open dancing. You will also receive a 3 to 6 minute highlight film crafted from the day’s best moments.

Completely normal. Wedding photography is a big investment, and you should feel confident before booking. I can share a full wedding gallery start to finish, and I’m happy to hop on a quick consult to make sure it’s a great fit.
A signed agreement and a $500 non-refundable deposit reserve your date. Flexible payment plans are available. Standard plan: 50% remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding, 50% due 1 day after. Pay by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
Extremely helpful for 100+ guests, separate getting-ready locations, tight timelines, or if you add any highlight film. A second photographer covers reactions and alternate angles during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and protects key moments if a view is blocked. I recommend it only when it adds real value.
I capture video moments throughout the day alongside photography, using a mix of steady tripod shots and intentional handheld clips. When it fits the location and venue rules, I may also include a few drone clips to help set the scene. The highlight film is edited from the best moments to tell the story naturally, without interrupting the flow of your day. If you want more video coverage or longer films, ask about a dedicated cinematographer option.
Priority Turnaround means your full photo gallery is delivered faster than my standard turnaround. Micro weddings are delivered in 7 business days, and full-day collections are delivered in 10 business days. Sneak peeks are still delivered within 72 hours. Priority Turnaround applies to the photo gallery only and does not change the delivery timeline for highlight films. Priority Turnaround is limited each month and must be added at booking.
Yes! No travel fee for Richmond, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, or Williamsburg. For farther events I quote simple mileage and lodging if needed. I travel anywhere in Virginia and beyond.
Yes. I carry full business liability insurance. I can provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.
We plan ahead with covered locations and clear umbrellas. I adjust the timeline if necessary and keep you comfortable so portraits still look great.
You can order prints and design your own album directly from your gallery. If you prefer, you can select your favorites and I will design a custom album for you.
